The game

You are Chompus, a crocogator, who's trying to get the powerless baby in the bubble safely to its new home. 

Use your extra long snout to move the baby in the bubble to the house, where it belongs.

Avoid enemies, spikes, and don't let the baby ked kidnapped by storks.

They won't come unless you let the baby sit on the ground and get sad, and surely that won't happen, right?

Oh and you can get 30 lollipops in the game, try to get them all!
